There is a variety of housing options available in Port of Spain and its surrounding areas. The Austin Learning Centre will aid the student to find suitable accommodation according to their specifications.

Examples of Housing and Prices Available in Port of Spain

 

  • Annex with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, airconditioning: approx US$800 monthly (option of cable tv for an extra cost)
    •  
  • Apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, airconditioning and cable tv: approx US$1000 monthly
    •  
  • Housing with a Trinidadian family between US$250 and US$450 per month
    •  
  • Annexes: usually approx US$1500 per month
    • There are also options for apartments, townhouses and small houses with approx 3 bedrooms at a price of about US$600 per month.

    Visas

    The Austin Learning Centre will aid the student to obtain permission to stay in the country.
